Our beautifully fragrant hay is produced fresh each year and is perfect for horses. Our hay comes as standard small square bales and large round bales, so there is something for all customers no matter what storage space they have available.

Haylage
Our beautifully fragrant haylage is produced fresh each year and is perfect for horses who like a bit of that pickled flavour. Our haylage comes in large round bales, wrapped in multiple layers for maximum protection and preservation, but still easy to open when needed. These bales are a great option for people who are limited on indoor storage space.

Straw
Our straw is produced fresh each year and makes for some really cosy bedding for any animal. Our straw comes as standard small bales and large round bales, so there is something for all customers no matter what storage space they have available.
We also offer our straw as event seating!
Every year we produce fresh hay, haylage, and straw, with about 150 acres of the farm, predominantly permanent pasture, to produce our hay and haylage. We produce some for our own use over the year, but the majority of this crop is sold to our local customers.
We work hard over the summer to produce the best quality hay, haylage, and straw and with the Devonshire weather, getting the bales just right is more of an art form than a science! A skill Michael has honed over many years, that he has passed on to his children, along with tips and tricks from his own father.
